Therapy Sessions

These sessions are therapeutic support rooted in the relational modality. Clients are supported in navigating personal, interpersonal and general life challenges, working through traumas and recognizing/shifting patterns. Support is provided in a non-judgemental, empathetic and empowering environment, utilizing sessions as grounds for self discovery and exploration. I provide periodic, short-term or ongoing support at your discretion. Sessions are eligible for insurance reimbursement through select policies dependant on employers/providers.

Spiritually Guided Sessions

These sessions are designed to provide guidance as you build and explore your pathway to becoming your most aligned and integrated self. You will be supported in shifting the tension between the spiritual and material worlds through breaking patterns, connecting personal and universal truths, balancing energies and deepening your relationship to self, the universe and the collective. A range of tools such as intuitive inquiry/channeling, trauma and attachment theories, plant medicines, divination tools, arts and nature. Rates for these sessions can be found below.

Collective Growth Workshops

I provide and host workshops and trainings around a range of themes centring collective healing and capacity building. Myself and guest facilitators poses many years of experience creating and delivering workshops and trainings in community and institutional settings. We explore topics such as anti-oppression, power and accountability, relational dynamics, disability, gender, sexuality, conscious cannabis collaboration and much more.

Base rates can be found below; for organizations, collectives and groups, a consultation for workshop creation and facilitation services is required.
